Repairs

Keeping things repaired in your house is crucial for maintaining its functionality, safety, and overall value.

As a Secure/Assured tenant, rest assured that we, as your landlord, are responsible for maintaining your home, including repairs and maintenance for the structure, services, fittings, and shared areas. However, you also play a vital role in keeping a safe and comfortable living environment.

By sharing this responsibility, we aim to foster a partnership where both the landlord and tenant contribute to the well-being of the property. Our commitment is to address significant repairs and maintenance tasks that require specialised knowledge or professional assistance. Meanwhile, as a tenant, you are encouraged to promptly attend to minor repairs and ensure the general upkeep of your living space.

This collaborative approach not only promotes a sense of ownership and pride in your home, but also contributes to its long-term value and overall enjoyment. Together, we can maintain a harmonious living environment and ensure that your home remains a comfortable and well-maintained place for you to reside.
